Teymara started her professional career working with Australia’s “Slimming” magazine and through being consulted by Demis Roussos while on tour, she became known to the Australian media. From that meeting her clientele list grew rapidly in Australia and internationally and continues to this day.

Teymara’s freelance writing skills led to Editor-in-Chief of a health and fitness publication in the 80’s. Conjunctively, she developed her insight/counselling business, held the position of Weight Loss Consultant and Nutritional Advisor for 200 employees of G.J. Coles head office and was a board member of Australia’s Television Society. She coordinated the “Penguin Awards” for 2 years followed by “The Logies”. Whatever free time was available Teymara managed to fill with regular radio and television interviews, plus featured in many magazines and newspaper articles.

Early 1987 saw Teymara invited to work with Lionel Richie and his wife during the ‘Dancing On The Ceiling’ Australian tour. So impressed were they by Teymara’s skills, accuracy, compassion, optimism and professionalism, that on their return to America, they spread word of ‘their find down under’, which created Teymara becoming an adviser to celebrities all over the world.

October 1990 saw Teymara share the stage with acclaimed speakers Robert Kiyosaki, author of “Rich Dad, Poor Dad”, Dr John Harrison, author of “Love Your Disease – It’s Keeping You Healthy” plus Ed McCabe, author of “Oxygen Therapies” at the National Rebirthing Conference (Australia).

February 1997 saw her vision for youth create “The John Bell Future Youth Foundation Inc” – patrons included Marcia Hines, Peter Morrissey, Mary Coustas and (the late) Peter Brock. Teymara is invited to speak to youth, youth foundations and forums around the country. Many organisations have incorporated her teachings, plus recommended youth and their parents attend her seminars.

Between 1991 and today, Teymara has been busy developing, launching and presenting her ‘Born To Be Free’ – ‘Power of Manifesting’ – ‘Slim, Slender & Anti-ageing’ seminars plus ‘Above The Line’ (corporate training) add to this the development of her transformational cd’s plus freelance writing. She has increased her private practice in Australia and overseas, freelance lectured on psychopharmacology, psycho nutrition and different therapies to diploma of health clinical hypnotherapy students. She has also shared her knowledge on anti-ageing at seminars and in the media plus became the resident astrologer for OK magazine Australia. In 2005/06 she applied her areas of expertise as an emotional eating advisor and therapist on the successful Channel 9’s ‘Celebrity Overhaul’ and ‘Overhaul’ where she supported participants with their mental and emotional weight loss challenges. At the same time she expanded her corporate work to include trainings in Thailand and Bali. November 2014 saw Teymara appointed to the panel of experts for ‘Eat Fit Food’ as their emotional eating expert and transformational therapist. Being part of the ‘Weight Management Conference’ held in Brisbane Australia April 2015 allowed Teymara to share her knowledge on emotional eating with professionals along with the general public.

Teymara’s enthusiasm for sharing her ideas, wisdom and knowledge has seen her lecture at Melbourne, Sydney and Brisbane universities on an assorted and intriguing range of topics. Her infectious optimistic and outgoing personality instantly enables people from all cultures and socio-economic backgrounds to feel totally relaxed in her company which has led her to be in demand as a motivational speaker both here in Australia and overseas.

She has shared her areas of expertise in every capital city in Australia, as well as Hawaii, New York, Los Angeles, San Francisco, Texas, Aspen, London, Paris, Rome, Singapore, Bangkok and Bali.
